Questions about payment

Who issues the invoice?

Stripe sells the packages as merchant of record. It calculates the correct VAT for your country, collects it and sends you the receipt and invoice by email. Businesses can enter their VAT ID at checkout.

Do I need an account?

No. After payment you get an order page and an email with a private link. Keep the email: the link is your access.

How do I cancel monitoring?

You can cancel at any time; monitoring stops at the end of the paid period. Write to info@ge-ko.si. Self-service management is coming soon.

What is automated and what is not?

Site Report and Monitoring are fully automated: our system checks your website and delivers the results. Manual review, calls and implementation are a separate GE-KO offer through the inquiry form.

What does the launch offer include?

The first 30 customers get 15 % off their first payment (the one-time report, the first month or the first year) until 31 December 2026. The discount is applied automatically.
