Terms of business
Effective from 23 September 2026
These terms govern the use of the Sitequiry tool (sitequiry.com) and the purchase of its automated paid packages. Please read them before you buy; by purchasing you confirm that you accept them.
1. Provider
Sitequiry is operated by GE-KO, spletne storitve in grafično oblikovanje, Maja Dolžan s.p., Cesta Toneta Tomšiča 71, 4270 Jesenice, Slovenija, Slovenia (the provider or GE-KO).
- Company registration number: 8732043000
- VAT ID: SI33880263
- E-mail: info@ge-ko.si
- Phone: +386 51 821 907
- Website: www.ge-ko.si
2. Services
Free analysis: an automated check of one submitted web page (SEO, speed from Google PageSpeed Insights, readiness for AI answers and AI citations). It is free and needs no registration.
Paid packages are fully automated: our system checks the publicly accessible pages of your website and prepares the results without manual review.
- Site Report (one-off payment): up to 20 pages checked, web report, PDF and CSV with ranked fixes, and a free re-check after 30 days.
- Monitoring and Monitoring Plus (subscriptions, once on sale): regular automated checks and e-mail alerts as described on the pricing page.
3. What the packages are not
Results are automated measurements and signal assessments. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, sales or appearances in AI assistant answers. AI readiness (AEO, GEO) means signals that help content be understood and cited; we do not measure actual visibility in AI answers.
Manual expert review, consulting, calls and implementation are not part of the packages. GE-KO offers them separately on request with its own quote.
4. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
You order on the pricing page: enter your website, give the consent in section 7 and pay in the secure Stripe checkout. The contract is concluded when the payment succeeds. No account is needed: after payment you receive an order confirmation e-mail with a private link to your order.
You may only order a check of a publicly accessible website. Our crawler (SitequiryBot) respects robots.txt and visits pages at a moderate pace. If a website blocks crawlers, the check may not be possible (see section 8).
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT. The prices shown at the time of the order apply; any discount (e.g. the launch offer) is applied automatically.
Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe acts as the merchant of record: it calculates and charges the VAT for your country and e-mails you the receipt and invoice. Businesses can enter their VAT ID at checkout. GE-KO provides the content and delivery of the packages. We never see or store your card details.
6. Delivery
The Site Report starts automatically right after payment. When it is ready, usually within an hour, you receive an e-mail with a link to the web report and the PDF attached. You can follow the progress on your order page.
The report stays available at its private link for at least 12 months. Keep the e-mail and the PDF; the link is your access. You may share the link with colleagues or contractors who help you with the fixes.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, consumers lose this right once the supply has begun if they expressly consented to the supply starting before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Slovenian Consumer Protection Act ZVPot-1 and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). The Site Report is produced immediately after payment, so you give this consent and acknowledgement explicitly before buying. We also confirm it in the order confirmation e-mail.
For subscriptions (Monitoring), the same consent asks for the service to start immediately. You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the period already paid.
8. Refunds
Once the report has been delivered we do not refund the price, because the digital content has been fully produced and supplied. We refund the full price:
- if the report cannot be produced or delivered within 72 hours of payment because of an error on our side;
- if the website cannot be checked (e.g. it is unreachable or blocks all crawler visits) and no report is produced as a result – we let you know first and, if you wish, run the check again once you have removed the obstacle;
- if the same order was paid more than once by mistake (we refund the duplicate payment).
If a report contains an obvious error of our system (e.g. the wrong website was checked because of our mistake), we produce it again free of charge. Refunds are made by Stripe to the payment method you used, usually within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, write to info@ge-ko.si with the link to your order.
Subscriptions: on cancellation we do not refund a pro-rata part of the current period unless the law requires it.
9. Complaints
Report errors or complaints to info@ge-ko.si. We confirm receipt and reply as soon as possible, at the latest within 8 business days. Your statutory rights regarding the conformity of digital content remain unaffected.
10. Liability
We prepare results carefully, but automatically, based on the state of the pages at the time of the check and on third-party data (e.g. Google PageSpeed Insights). You are responsible for decisions you take based on the report and for changes to your website. Except for intent or gross negligence and to the extent the law does not allow a limitation, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.
11. Intellectual property
You may use the report without limitation for your website and share it with colleagues or contractors. The software, report design and the Sitequiry brand remain the property of the provider.
12. Personal data
We process personal data as described in the Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
13. Disputes and governing law
We aim to settle any dispute amicably. The provider does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body as competent for disputes a consumer might initiate.
The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia; consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Disputes are decided by the competent court in Slovenia, and for consumers by the court determined by law.
14. Changes
We may change these terms; an order is governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase. The effective date is shown at the top. The terms are published in Slovenian, English and German; in case of differences the Slovenian version prevails.
